News -  from RSCDS Glasgow Branch

Sad news:

It is with great regret that we announce the death of Sandra Fraser, of Bridge of Weir, who died at the Royal Alexandra Hospital after a short illness.
A member of Glasgow Branch for over 20 years, Sandra's love of dancing was obvious, at both the many dance events and the many classes she attended, including John Johnstone's, who composed a lovely wee jig for her 70th birthday.  Along good friends Sandra would take herself off to many a dance weekend or day school including Islay, Duns, Oban and Perth as well dancing overseas. She was also a keen hill walker and a member of her local hill walking club. She will be sorely missed.

For all interested friends and fellow dancers, a funeral service will be held at the Hurlett Crematorium on Tuesday 7 May at 11.00 am.
