Branch awards at Jan Ball

Our Midwinter Ball on 12 January was much enjoyed to the music of Ian Muir Band at the Normany Hotel.

It was an ideal occasion to present Branch Awards to three past chairs of the Branch (Margaret Sanders, Fiona McDonald and Muriel Bone) who have all given of their time and expertise with Branch events and promoting the furtherance of Scottish Country Dancing in general.  The smooth running of the Centenary events were in many ways due to their input. We all most appreciate their help and efforts over the years.

There was a sociable atmosphere at the dance and it was a delight to see so many of our dancers and friends enjoying 2024.
